Jamie Lynn Spears celebrates daughter Maddie's 14th birthday

Jamie Lynn Spears officially has a 14-year-old at home.

The “Zoey 101” alum, 31, celebrated her daughter Maddie’s birthday Sunday, writing via Instagram that she “can’t believe” her eldest child is so grown up.

“My baby is 14 today, and I’m so thankful for each and every day I get to be her mama, even during these teenage years lol,” Spears captioned a slideshow of throwback photos.

“She has been my saving grace, since the day she was born, and continues to be, but seeing how hard she works, how much she cares and the example she sets for her sister is what makes me so proud to be her mom,” the “Sweet Magnolias” star continued. “I love you, Maddie.”

Spears, who is also the mother of 4-year-old daughter Ivey, rang in Maddie’s big day with cupcakes.

Last month, the teenager graduated from middle school.

“🤯🙎🏼‍♀️💔🥺😭,” the “Things I Should Have Said” author wrote alongside shots from the ceremony, showing the future high school student smiling in a white dress and blue heels.

Spears welcomed Maddie in 2008 with then-fiancé Casey Aldridge. After their 2010 split, she moved on with Jamie Watson. The pair wed in 2014 and welcomed Ivey four years later.

The country singer hid her first pregnancy from her sister, Britney Spears, writing in her January memoir that the Princess of Pop found out with the rest of the world.

“[My team was] concerned her instability at that time made her untrustworthy,” Jamie Lynn wrote of Britney. “I went along with what my team told me to do because I was a minor and didn’t want to create any more issues.

“To this day, the hurt of not being able to tell my sister myself lingers,” the former Nickelodeon star continued. “I needed her more than ever and she wasn’t able help me in my most vulnerable time.”

Britney, who is writing a tell-all memoir of her own, set to publish at Simon & Schuster, has slammed her younger sister’s book on multiple occasions.

In a January cease-and-desist letter, the “Crossroads” actress, 40, wrote that she will “not be bullied” over “false or fantastical grievances” in Jamie Lynn’s memoir and promotional interviews.

When Britney wed Sam Asghari earlier this month, the “Toxic” singer notably did not invite Jamie Lynn to the nuptials. Their parents, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears, were also left off the guest list after feuding over Britney’s conservatorship.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ 14-year-old daughter, Maddie, is officially a high school student.

The “Zoey 101” alum, 31, documented her eldest child’s first day of freshman year in an Instagram slideshow Monday.

“Anddd just like that, my baby’s in high school👩🏼‍🏫📚✏️😭,” she told her 2.2 million followers.

“time literally flies by…..don’t take a second of it for granted,” Spears, who is also the mother of 4-year-old daughter Ivey, concluded.

Maddie grinned in her uniform, a black T-shirt and tan skirt, in the social media upload, posing with a friend.

In the final slide, Spears included a throwback photo of a much younger Maddie posing with a backpack on.

The former Nickelodeon star shared the same snap via her Instagram Stories, asking, “How is this baby girl in high school now????”

Spears expressed similar disbelief when Maddie graduated from middle school in May.

“High schooler🎓📚👩🏼‍🏫✏️. (🤯🙎🏼‍♀️💔🥺😭),” she wrote alongside family photos taken at the ceremony.

Earlier that same month, the “Sweet Magnolias” star praised her teenage daughter’s academic and athletic performance, writing on Instagram, “I have to do a quick proud parent post for my four sport athlete who also kept a 4.0 GPA all year. So proud of her work ethic.”

Spears welcomed Maddie in June 2008 with her then-fiancé, Casey Aldridge. Following their split, she wed Jamie Watson in March 2014. Ivey was born four years later.

While celebrating her and Watson’s eighth anniversary via Instagram earlier this year, the country singer thanked the businessman for bringing “consistency and stability” to her life.

“I was an 18 year old single mom, when [I met] this guy,” she wrote in March. “Maybe, it was just because he was 10 years older, and had already established a successful life for himself both personally and professionally, but nonetheless, I felt a sense of peace with him, and I think that’s what being in love is suppose to feel like, just feeling at peace. ”

Spears jokingly concluded that she is “lucky” to have her husband — even on the days she “hates” him.

Britney Spears' younger sister, 30-year-old actress Jamie Lynn Spears, released a memoir titled "Things I Should Have Said" and talked about the book in an interview with ABC's Good Morning America . The host of the show, Juju Chung, also asked Spears about her relationship with her sister and Jamie Lynn's involvement in the custody of the singer.

In an interview, the actress said that she "adores" her sister, but that the custody situation was "not so easy." So I don't know why we are in this position now."

On January 14, Britney Spears commented on her sister's interview on her Twitter. “She has not been by my side for all these 15 years. So why is she talking about this [unbalanced behavior] at all? she wrote.
