- “What I like about Peach, is that she's always innocent and sweet and she's also determined.”
- —Samantha Kelly
Samantha Kelly (credited as Sam Kelly in some games) is Princess Peach and Toad's current and longest running voice actress, replacing Nicole Mills. She has provided their voice work since Mario Strikers Charged and Mario Party 8 respectively (excluding Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX). She also voices Toadette, Baby Peach and Pink Gold Peach. Some games use the voice clips of Jen Taylor or Nicole Mills with those of Kelly, such as Mario Tennis Aces and Mario Strikers Charged.

History[edit]
Samantha Kelly was born in Kenya and has lived in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Germany. [2] She has been married to Carlos Roland since August 12, 2005. They have two children. She was previously married to Scott D. Fralick in November 24, 1990 and divorced in October 11, 2002.[3] Prior to video games, she has done voiceover work for Nordstrom and other commercials. After Jen Taylor left the role of Princess Peach and Nicole Mills filled in as the temporary voice, an agent had Kelly audition for the role and was chosen.[4]

Typically, your baby is ready to start solids between 4-6 months. We always recommend talking to your pediatrician to discuss your baby’s needs when it comes to starting solids. There are a few telltale signs that your baby may be ready:
- Sitting up with little to no support
- Strong head control
- Has outgrown their tongue thrust reflex
- Is starting to show interest in food and what those around are eating
Your child’s health is our #1 priority and we believe in transparency about our ingredients, nutritional information and recipes. We know how upsetting the recent congressional report on heavy metals in grocery store baby food was for parents. At Little Spoon, we have always done things differently. All of our Babyblends are 100% plant-based, organic, non-GMO and vegan. We focus on a wide variety to diversify your little one’s diet. We never use rice (high in organic and inorganic arsenic), fortifiers or anything artificial in our blends. We've partnered with the Clean Label Project an independent, third-party expert organization that rigorously tests for over 400 different contaminants including heavy metals and other toxins. We use cold-pressure technology as an alternative to heat pasteurization, killing harmful bacteria without the use of high-heat so the vitamins and minerals remain. This also allows our Babyblends and Smoothies to stay fresh in the fridge for up to 14 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Occasionally, we use a touch of organic lemon for added freshness the way you might squeeze a few drops of lemon on an apple to prevent browning.
Much of the baby food on grocery store shelves is heavily processed with extreme heat so it can last for years on a shelf, and often has preservatives, additives and fortifiers. In the last two years, there has been a congressional report published on the quality of popular baby food brands, quantities of heavy metals and traceability concerns. Not cool, and not the quality nutrition we want for our kids.

At Little Spoon, we use an FDA approved food safety technique, cold-pressure, not heat pasteurization, to ensure our Babyblends are safe and stay fresh in your fridge for 14 days or freezer for up to 3 months. We source from trusted suppliers and farmers and our Babyblends are USDA Certified Organic and made with non-gmo ingredients. We work with pediatricians and leading experts to develop blends that fit every eating stage for your baby, from first bites and single-ingredient blends through to advanced puree recipes. Our blends serve as a great companion to baby-led weaning and our complex blends offer thicker textures and whole pieces of food as your baby ages. Purees starting at $2.96 per blend.
All your Little Spoon products can be stored in the fridge for up to 14 days, or in your freezer for up to 3 months.
Our Blends can be eaten at a range of temperatures, whatever works best for your baby! To warm up your blend, we recommend putting the container in a shallow bowl of warm water and stirring until heated. If you wish to microwave, simply pour the puree into a microwave safe dish.
Yes! Based on the information you share with us on your baby’s age and eating stage, we’ll recommend the Bayblends that best match your little one’s developmental needs. As your baby ages, we’ll update our menu recommendations with each new box. You can always manually change, add and remove Babyblends with ease to your upcoming deliveries.
You bet! You will always have full control to modify your order on your Delivery Schedule at any time. If you have questions about what blends are best for your baby, you can reach out to us at [email protected] or use the chat feature to talk with one of our Child Nutrition certified Care Team members.
Yes! We love that some parents and littles want to take a more tiny hands-on approach on their journey into solids and Babyblends offer a great compatible option for nutrition and development alongside BLW. Baby-led weaning has become a popular way to introduce babies to whole foods. Typically baby-led weaning begins with larger pieces and around 8+ months, moves to smaller pieces. Our Biteables line is perfect for babies transitioning to table foods—whether puree-fed or baby-led weaning! As with anything having to do with your mini, we recommend discussing BLW with your pediatrician to see if it's the right fit for your family.
We know how frustrating it can be to see your baby refusing food. But be patient before you give up on the food - the average baby needs to taste a food up to 15 times before recognizing it and developing a taste for it.
It’s all part of palate training and perfectly normal. Pro tip? Try mixing a new flavor in with a familiar one to help ease your baby into trying new things! You can read more tips here.
Our Babyblends are OU Kosher certified, the world’s largest and most recognized kosher certification agency. Our blends are also Kosher Pareve (no dairy or meat). Our Plates are not currently kosher certified.
I WANT A PEACH! - The birth of a new life - LiveJournal
Talking in bed:
- Honey, I want a peach.
- Honey, it's 12 o'clock at night...
- So what, I still want a peach!
- Think for yourself, where can I find a peach... in winter?!
- I REALLY I WANT A PEACH!!! - a man obediently gets up
, dresses in winter, at 12 o'clock at night he goes to look for a peach for a woman. What can you think of this couple? You can condemn - she is a bitch, he is henpecked, you can admire - high relations! And in fact, everything is simple - she is pregnant.
The story of the food whims of pregnant women is as old as the world. In Rus', all the desires of a pregnant woman were fulfilled unquestioningly - if she wanted to eat something special, they bought it right away. In some localities, it was considered a sin to refuse a "belly woman" any whim, especially if she touched something edible, because this "requires the soul of a baby." According to folk beliefs, if a pregnant woman asked for something and was refused, then this could bring the wrath of her ancestors to the offender's house. And then, soon, misfortune could happen in his house: mice or rats would gnaw through all the clothes, moths would eat all the woolen things ...
Modern research suggests that pregnancy is a time when most women experience new food likes and dislikes. According to one of 460 women who have recently had babies, more than 90% reported developing an addiction to at least one food in the last trimester of pregnancy, and more than 50% said they developed an aversion, to at least one kind of food.
In many cultures, the food preferences of the expectant mother are used to judge whether she is expecting a girl or a boy. As a rule, a woman's craving for sweets was equated with a female baby, and for spicy, salty, sour - male. The French believe that everything is exactly the opposite.
This is surprising, but if you ask women about what they liked or disliked eating during pregnancy, then the list of products will be very extensive and varied. Someone cannot live without sweets, cakes and ice cream, and someone even looks at the sweet disgusting. Addictions are also manifested in the desire to eat, for example, exclusively zucchini and cheese, or eat one halva all day long. After giving birth, many women remember that at some stage of waiting for the baby, they become unbearably craving meat. However, the stories that pregnant women are special creatures in terms of food, and they suddenly want salty, then sweet, and after 5 minutes - spicy - and as a result, they will not eat either one or the other, or the third - nothing more than a myth. If a woman eats a variety of foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and contains a balanced amount of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, then most likely there will be no vivid manifestations of gastronomic desires. And yet ... What caused the new nutritional needs? Undoubtedly, by the appearance of a new life in the womb - a tiny man requires the necessary materials to build his body. Apparently, "whims" relate mainly to those products that contain substances that the body lacks. These are biochemical signals that the child sends to the mother, "asking" from her what he lacks. The mother's preferences tend to be passed on to the child.
But there are special cases. What to do if you want, for example, to eat one smoked sausage, or chocolate? From the point of view of psychologists, this can be explained as follows - the forbidden fruit is sweet (after all, smoked meats and chocolate during pregnancy are not included in the list of healthy foods). Nutritionists have a special term - discharge - it contains an explanation of the condition of a person who has changed his diet, but wants to eat something that is not included in it. At the same time, the use of these products (the same smoked sausage, pastries, sweets) does not bring any pleasure, on the contrary, a feeling of disgust arises. Why is this happening? It is believed that with a change in diet, our body begins to release toxins, discharge the chemical "memory" of the foods we have given up. The body may interpret this chemical "memory" as desire, when in fact it is not.
And what if a woman eats an incredible amount of all sorts of goodies and at the same time does not feel any disgust, but is at the pinnacle of bliss? Perhaps there is another mechanism involved. Eating products made from premium flour and chocolate leads to increased production of the hormone of pleasure - endorphin. Agree that it can be very difficult to deny yourself pleasure. In this case, you can try to get it in other ways. The fact is that the daily performance of a certain physical activity or creative activities also contribute to the production of endorphins. Expectant mothers who do gymnastics for pregnant women note that their well-being improves significantly. The same can be said about women who take time during the day to draw, sew or knit something new. Someone is surprised to discover in himself the desire to do floriculture, cross-stitch, master the art of cooking. If such desires are manifested, then one can only be glad for you and your baby. After all, together with you, the future little man will develop creatively, enjoy the creation of something new and beautiful. Well, if you feel a vague urge to do something in yourself, but you don’t know what exactly, try to buy paints (pencils, felt-tip pens) and draw. Many women refuse to draw because they allegedly simply do not know how to do it. What kind of creativity is this, reminiscent of drawings from kindergarten or drawing lessons at school? Believe me, it's not that important. Let the artistic value of your work be low for society, but you will be able to feel the real creator in yourself, to convey this feeling to the baby. After all, he or she experiences everything that you feel (remember the pleasure hormone?). Why deprive yourself of pleasant emotions? Many expectant mothers, having tried once, can no longer stop, and be sure to devote some time to drawing on their daily to-do list. And some even open exhibitions of their work! Of course, we are not talking about the fact that you will become a famous artist, but if you collect your drawings, say, in a certain folder, then after the baby is born and grows up, you can show them to him, and, probably, more an appreciative viewer will be hard to find. Once again, he will be able to feel loved and desired, because his mother was waiting for him so much!

Red hair is not for everyone. But to try to dye your hair red at least once in your life, probably every woman thought. So - now there is a chance to do it without much risk, because the “tiger blond” coloring is in fashion. Our colleagues from MarieClaire looked at what this trend looks like.
"Tiger coloring", or "tiger blonde" was initially loved by the stars, and only then beauty salons began to offer this type of transformation. Many women are afraid of the color red (and for good reason), but “tiger blonde” is not exactly red. According to experts, it does not have such a deep red pigment.
Top colorist and blonde specialist Harriet Maldon calls this coloring "punch peach" - if you dare to do it yourself - here's an expert tip: you need to add liquid copper dye to the balayage, which will give your hair a bright shade .
For example, model Kendall Jenner chose this option for herself. We are used to seeing her in deep black hair, but this time she changed her image. And what, it turned out fresh and cheerful.
There is an indisputable plus in this coloring - it will look equally good on women of different ages. Colorists unanimously say that this technique has no drawbacks, but it is important that the shade is rich and deep. Otherwise, you risk becoming just a little reddish.
Stylists are often tormented by the question of what hairstyle can decorate any type of appearance. The answer came from where they did not expect - actress Sydney Sweeney posted a video with her new styling. The star of the series "Euphoria" decided to refresh the image with a haircut from the past.
Just a little bit more and the video will load
Look how she looks!
Video: sydney_sweeney / Instagram
Stylists called Sidney's styling Flippy Layered Bob. This is a version of the square, combined with a cascade: it has its own peculiarity - the ends of the curls are twisted outward. Fashion critics insist: styling blows the atmosphere of sitcoms90s, and it's hard not to agree with them.
According to experts, the main trend is to make the hairstyle look minimally like a hairstyle. It should be something very light, careless, without exaggerated forms. Large volumes are not relevant now. It is better to choose either a very small volume, or do without it - this rule applies to both loose and gathered hair. You should also avoid hairstyles that are clearly laid out hair to hair.
- If this is loose hair, then in no case should it be “braided” curls - these should be moving strands that do not fly apart like glued icicles from the wind, but crumble like hair without styling products. Modern styling products allow this, - explained stylist Olga Alexandrova.
Olga emphasizes that now in the images - in the daytime, in the evening, in the wedding - there is no emphasis on the hairstyle. She is just a background that correctly complements your image. Loose hair never goes out of style. A beautiful mop of hair is always relevant.
- One more thing - do not be shy about the hairstyles of your ears. Many people say: “I have such protruding ears - put my hair over my ears so that everything is closed,” the stylist notes.
