Like any document, an explanatory note must be drawn up according to the model established by the school your child goes to.

The explanatory note is always written on a clean, flat sheet of A4 format, in most cases by hand. Since this is an official document, the language of presentation is business-like. If you want to remove a child from attending a physical education lesson, a simple explanatory note will not be an excuse.
